Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be ordained to lead a CTC?

No, you don't need to be ordained. We're looking for mature believers with a heart for discipleship and community building.

How much time commitment is required?

Typically, leaders commit to hosting a weekly or bi-weekly meeting (1-2 hours) plus preparation time. The exact commitment can be flexible based on your group's needs.

Can I co-lead with someone?

Absolutely! Co-leading is encouraged and can provide mutual support and accountability. Many of our most successful CTCs have co-leaders.

What if I've never led a group before?

That's okay! We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support. Many of our current leaders started with no previous experience. Your willingness and heart for ministry are what matter most.
